I have been at the gym benching 200lb now, it feels great to have my arms bulging and the belters drooling. Jumped on the creatine and i have a 5 week course, some people have messaged me and said how do you do it naturally. I’m not a doctor but I will tell you how I did it.
1.Good diet
2.Rest
3.Whey protein shake
4.Creatine
5.eat lots of red meat and fish
Thats all you need. It will take time, but you have to be patient in this game, as pain = gain. i know the belters love the guns but dont ever feel you are benching for them, make sure you are doing it because you want to feel good inside. I tell you something, the girlz my boy chays are into confidence, even when I weighed 19 stones of fat i was still picking them up, because they know I’m the man. That’s how I met my Eileen, some compare us to Marge and Homer Simpson, Not anymore, now I’m seen as Conan without the long hair, ;D . keep it up guys!

Paul main man didn’t get invited to that party, but he crashed it! And sent all the little punks home. Porn$tar likes wood
let me give you guys a brief intro. I decided to confront mybb yesterday and call a truce. Seems like the tide was still against me, however Paul main man doesn’t back off, and he plays hard. One of the main culprets of my attack is a maggot called porn$tar. Here it is all my boychays!
Don’t you just hate it when Charnas act all innocent, like they are clean and dandy and think they can judge and insult people, well there is always one, and this one is called porn$tar . A little about him, he likes to spend his time browsing mybb for controversial threads to basicly troll. Any dodgy thread you can think of in the forum and no doubt he will be there. Well, who is he? Thanks to someone on mybb they told me how to find out about people’s old posts. Thanks for the PM ****** I just found what I knew I was going to find. Seems like our Oke porn$star is a dope head. When he rolls one up he likes to get rid of the wood and seeds, I’m not sure if he was trying to get rid of the seeds from the wood, but I will like to imagine he was talking about being a drugy, and a low life. Shocking posts, by a not so shocking crack head.
Talking about wood, seems this guy finds it hard to get one, he likes to admit to taking Viagra, I’m not sure if it’s because his girlfriend is a right munter, or the fact that I’m klapping her, and that his mojo is just getting sucked out of his soul. Man up!
Seems like this guy loves some wood. Can you see a pattern here? His akward years were between 12 and 16, I wonder why? actually let me not wonder, atleast now he gets morning wood, I’m not sure from which bloke, but I hope it isn;’t as akward as it was back then.

One charnar tried to hit on me last night and to be honest my boychays I don’t want to give anyone the wrong impression, I know I go to the gym and try to look as preped and primed as any other Oke but the kind of things this fella said was enough to cause a civil war. I had to take off my pics, because this fellar doesnt live to far from my gaff. This kind of stuff happened before, and I thought it was safe again to put myself out there. DEAD WRONG! sorry ladies.
I just lost the money I made, Sheesh
Guys, I just got back to the hotel and I’m drunk and i lost all the money I made on the weekend! I had over $2500 and lost it all on a game of black jack. I cant believe this? To make matters worse I tried to locate the ultimate warrior at the Bellagio’s where he was meant to be staying, the ass hole wasnt there, I can imagine he was in some gym shooting up. I like it here in Vegas, everyone is happy, even though I’m down all of my money I still feel I’m in the right place to be. just told my wife to wire me over some dosh through western union so that should come tommorow. Guys, Paul is gathering video footage of this whole trip so when we get back he said his son would edit it and then I can upload it to YouTube. I had a lot of private messages from fans who are following me through my blog and Youtube and I am going to answer some of the questions here. I want to say a big thank you to Slicktiger for all the support you have given me, you are a true boychay and would love to meet you if and when I get back mate. I also want to respond to Hannah from Lisbon Australia, I havent yet visited australia, but want to and I’m not sure my wife would let me stay round yours, lol 
. What was really deep and meaningful to me was that someone on mybb sent me a message and it touched me, I don’t want to mention who it is but I will copy and paste the message.

Anyway, I want to say I am deeply sorry. i guess the more I started following you on your blog i realised that you have a solid cause against steriods which is decent, I’m not sure if those allegations are true or not about you, but I guess I have started to become a fan, I look forward to you keeping us updated about Vegas.

Just arrived in Vegas baby So many belters…
Just arrived in Vegas baby! So many belters here lol. I arrive yesterday checked in to the hotel took a long shower and hit the Casinos. I was up $300 and went to a strip club lol (only joking – I know the wife will be reading this). Anyway, I’m getting preped up for the square off with the Ultimate warrior. My mate Baldie, who came with me and Paul gave me some coaching tips, this guy was a welterweight back in his day, and he really punched above his weight, I saw him with some right big girl friends, lol (only joking). I’ve noticed that there’s alot of international people in vegas, giving away money, I think I may need to move from SA and come to Las Vegas.
I’m going to go to the Hoover dam now and check it out I will update you guys how things are tommorow.
